How to join our live webinars using Webinar.net

When you purchase Embroidery Legacy Software or sign up for a workshop, you’re automatically added to the live webinars. There’s no extra registration required—log in with the email you used when signing up.

Here’s how it works:

1. Confirmation Email

Software owners: automatically added to our monthly live webinars.
Workshop attendees: automatically added to your workshop’s three live sessions.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your unique access link.

👉 Check your inbox (and junk/spam folder if needed).

⚠️ Important: Your access link is tied to your email. It’s one viewer per email. If someone else logs in using your link, it will automatically log you out.

2. Joining the Webinar

Open your confirmation email and click the webinar link.
On the event page, check the date, time, and duration.
Log in using the same email address where you received the invitation.
Click Attend to join the live session.

3. Inside the Webinar Room

When the session starts, you’ll see the Embroidery Legacy Webinar interface:

Media Player (center): watch John and Ken presenting.
Live Closed Captioning (below): follow along in real time.
Q&A (top right): submit your questions.
Group Chat (under Q&A): connect with other attendees.

💡 If any windows are missing, use the controls on the left side to turn them on or off.

4. Watching the Replay

Software owners: replays are available inside Skool under your Classroom tabs.
Workshop attendees: replays are posted inside your Workshop Classroom on EmbroideryLegacy.com.

5. Don’t Miss an Invite

To make sure you always receive reminders and links, add [email protected] to your safe senders list.
