How to Join Our Live Webinars

Whether you’re an Embroidery Legacy software owner or a workshop attendee, you get access to live training sessions. Here’s how to join and what to expect:

1. Registration & Confirmation Email

Software owners: access our monthly live webinars.
Workshop registrants: access your workshop’s three live sessions.
After registering, you’ll automatically receive a confirmation email with your unique access link.

👉 Check your inbox. If you don’t see it, look in your junk/spam folder.

2. Joining the Webinar

Open the email and click the webinar link.
On the event page, you’ll see the date, time, and duration.
Log in using the same email address you registered with.
Click Attend to enter the session.

3. Inside the Webinar Room

When the session starts, you’ll see the Embroidery Legacy Webinar interface:

Media Player (center): watch John and Ken presenting.
Live Closed Captioning (below): follow along with captions.
Q&A (top right): ask questions directly.
Group Chat (under Q&A): connect with other attendees.

💡 If any windows are missing, use the controls on the left side to enable or minimize them.

4. Watching the Replay

Software owners: find replays inside Skool under your Classroom tabs.
Workshop attendees: replays are posted inside your Workshop Classroom on EmbroideryLegacy.com.
